Job Description
• Client request and its requirements
• Providing secondary feedback (3 step checking)
• Adhere to the company's quality parameters and standards
• Listen to calls and create audit reports
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree holder (any business-related or IT course)
• Proficiency in various MS Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc)
•Knowledge in using tools like wavepad, cool edit and the like is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This is an onsite assignment.
