Job Description
• Assist in calibrating, supporting, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• Provide administrative support in tracking and implementing quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with team leaders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for quality assurance activities, including audit reports, in a timely and organized manner.
• Support the assessment of quality issues by compiling data, assisting in root cause analysis, and coordinating improvement plans with relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security management systems, by keeping records updated and assisting in policy dissemination.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to support management in decision-making.
• Monitor quality and accuracy trends, compile recommendations, and assist in implementing solutions to address root causes.
• Provide administrative assistance in ensuring client quality standards and corporate customer satisfaction goals are met efficiently.
Requirements:
• Experience in documentation and administrative tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to report onsite as required.
• Willing to work mid-shift hours.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
