Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (90% Non-Voice Account)

Location: Glorietta 5 Makati
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Php 16,000 up to 19,000
Start Date: February 26

Qualifications:
-College/Associate Degree without CSR experience are welcome
-College Undergraduate/SHS Graduate with at least 6 months CSR experience
-Good to excellent English communication skills
-Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
-Computer literate
-With customer facing experience is a plus
