Job Description

The position of Human Resource Associate/Admin consist of Improving recruitement, Hiring, and organizing training process administering employee benefits and leaves. You will use the google software to ensure all employees records are up to date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR related topics. Attention to the policies and laws and other admin tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee employment record keeping, posting and retention systems and fulfill compliance reporting and related obligations. Support compliance audit needs. documentation and knowledge base resources (e.g., google calendar,google docs, Spreadsheet)
2. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
3. recruitment processes
4. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
5. onduct employee onboarding and offboarding process
6. assist for ISO operations

qualifications/Requirements:

1. College Graduate (Human Resource,Education,Business administration or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus(FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY)
2. Proven experience as an HR and admin
3. knowledgeable of MS Office googlesheets,word and ppt; HRIS systems  will be a plus
4. Good communication and people skills
5. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

Salary is subject to an increase after one month of training
Salary:
12.000,00 ₱ Monthly
