Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee employment record keeping, posting and retention systems and fulfill compliance reporting and related obligations. Support compliance audit needs. documentation and knowledge base resources (e.g., google calendar,google docs, Spreadsheet)
2. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
3. recruitment processes
4. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
5. onduct employee onboarding and offboarding process
6. assist for ISO operations
qualifications/Requirements:
1. College Graduate (Human Resource,Education,Business administration or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus(FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY)
2. Proven experience as an HR and admin
3. knowledgeable of MS Office googlesheets,word and ppt; HRIS systems will be a plus
4. Good communication and people skills
5. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Salary is subject to an increase after one month of training
- Salary:
- 12.000,00 ₱ Monthly
