Job Description

Non-negotiable/Required
- 3+ years of development in Salesforce clouds
- Knowledge of apex (strong experience required), LWC, Inbound and outgoing integrations (API, AppExchange), salesforce flows
- Github/VC, Selenium for test automating the stories, CICD
- Excellent communication skills, experience working with US customers
- Experience working in Sales, Service and Experience cloud
- Admin, PD1 certification
- Experienced in working in a agile environment, knowledge of JIRA/Rally

Nice-to-have/Advantage
- PD2 certification
- Integration with AWS CTI experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create low level design per requirements/user story
- Development and unit test
- Development of test cases
- Fixing defects and automation of test cases
- Demo of user stories developed
- SIT and UAT support
- Supporting deployment to production
- Ensuring quality code and zero defects to UAT, PROD
- Following devops process for code configuration and management
- Ensuring salesforce best practices are followed for coding and security
