Job Description
Create and enhance existing catalog items
Create and/or maintain existing ServiceNow modules to support the business and
IT Service Management practices
Adhere to standards for implementations in ServiceNow to ensure consistency and
supportability of the customizations
Support planning activities
Technical design
Development and unit testing
Documentation using Meralco standard templates
Support in testing and quality audits
Implementation and production support
Support in handholding activities
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Development experience is required
3 to 5 years working as a ServiceNow administrator/developer
Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML to create scripts in the course onormal ServiceNow administration duties
ITIL/ITSM experience
Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
