Senior Application Support

- Location: BGC Taguig City
- Schedule: Night Shift
- Set up: Hybrid, 3x onsite per week
- Salary: up to 90,000

Qualifications:

• Candidates with strong SQL experience
• Someone who can write SQL queries and scripts from scratch and has a solid understanding of stored procedures, tables, joins, etc. Experience in IT Service Management using ITIL V3 is also a plus.
• More than 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology and/or financial industry
• Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)
• Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
• Experience with incident and problem management
• Experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python is a must have
• Knowledge Snowflake is a plus
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik) is a plus
• Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence
• Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc. (certification is a plus)
