Job Description

AUTOMOTIVE CAR PAINTER (LEAD TECHNICIAN)
Hiring Range: PHP 20,000 (base salary) + Performance Incentives
Working Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in BS Automotive Technology or completion of a Vocational Course in Automotive (TESDA certification is a plus).

2–3 years of experience in automotive painting, detailing, or mechanical troubleshooting.

Experience with ceramic coating and paint restoration technologies.

Ability to lead and train a team of 3–5 members.

Strong English communication skills (clients are primarily foreigners).

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Technical expertise in troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Experience in car detailing is an advantage.

JOB SUMMARY:
Lead a team in applying advanced paint restoration technology to return vehicles to their original condition. This role combines technical expertise in automotive painting, ceramic coating, and team leadership.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform automotive painting, detailing, and ceramic coating using cutting-edge restoration technology.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or paint-related issues.

Supervise and mentor a team of 3–5 technicians, ensuring quality standards.

Liaise with foreign clients to understand project requirements and deliver results.

Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Oversee workflow to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.

Document processes and provide progress reports.
