Qualifications
College graduate in BS Automotive or Vocational Course in Automotive with Tesda Cert in Automotive is advantage
Good communication skills, can speak in English since the clients most of the time are foreigners, attention to detail, experience in car detailing a plus
2-3 yrs experience in the same field, technical troubleshooting and fixing mechanical works.
Preferred can handle a team 3-5 members

An automotive lead technician, also known as a Master Technician, is responsible for the quality of work in a service center and for providing an excellent customer experience. They typically have a range of responsibilities, including:
-Diagnosing and repairing: Identifying mechanical and electrical issues, and performing repairs on brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems
-Maintaining: Performing routine maintenance tasks like oil changes and tire rotations
-Advising: Helping customers understand the necessary steps to fix their vehicle
-Supervising: Laying out and supervising the work of assistants
-Estimating costs: Providing price estimates for repairs
-Keeping records: Updating vehicle log books and providing paperwork to customers
-Operating equipment: Operating and maintaining automotive shop equipment
-Selecting parts: Advising on the selection and storage of automotive parts and equipment
