Job Description
The Digital Lead Buyer is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital media buying, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
Campaign Execution:
Plan, execute, and manage digital media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
Coordinate with creative teams to optimize ad assets for performance.
Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance.
Optimization and Reporting:
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance insights.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new digital advertising technologies.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in digital media buying and campaign management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Campaign Manager, and programmatic buying tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Certifications: Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
