Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Account Supervisor** to join our client in the digital advertising field. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic leader, managing client relationships, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding business goals, and translating them into effective advertising strategies. Provide regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns. Ensure campaigns meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and optimize performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and motivate account executives and junior team members. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovative solutions and seamless project execution.
- Financial Management: Oversee account budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Proactively recommend new strategies to enhance client campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or digital advertising.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and technical proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: Leadership qualities, strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
