Job Description
- Record bills and invoices in the accounting system.
- Reconcile payables and receivables.
- Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, calculating, and posting data.
- Process payments via bank.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Check bills and invoices for inaccuracies; reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
- Record daily sales transactions.
- Prepare schedules and summaries of recorded transactions.
- File and organize accounting documents.
- Manage month-end processes.
- Reconcile bank transactions.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of finance experience, including handling invoices, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), sales recording, financial reporting, and tax computations.
- Willingness to work in the office once a week in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
