Job Description
-Manage production, quality control, inventories, and logistics.
-Implement and lead continuous improvement to optimize production, decrease waste, and cut costs.
-Monitor quality assurance and control to ensure items satisfy company standards.
-Keep track of inventories and work with the supply chain team to avoid shortages.
-Create and monitor the site's budget to stay within budget.
-Facilitate site strategic planning, including long-term operational goals and efficiency gains.
Skills requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related course
-With 7 years of experience in Operations management
-With 7 years of experience in Warehouse management
-With 7 years of experience in Supply and distribution management
-With 7 years of experience in Process improvement
-With 7 years of experience in Budgeting and cost management
-With 7 years of experience in Project management
-Willing to work or assigned in IloIlo
