Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager with experience in manufacturing operations and e-commerce project delivery. This role is responsible for managing projects that bridge physical production processes and digital commerce systems. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, production workflows, and e-commerce platforms, and can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to drive timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.

Scope of Work:

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for initiatives related to manufacturing operations, digital system integration, new product launches, fulfillment processes, and e-commerce platform enhancements. Projects may include production line optimization, ERP system implementation, inventory management automation, or customer-facing e-commerce upgrades. This role serves as a key liaison between operations, IT, sales, marketing, logistics, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Plan, execute, and manage manufacturing and e-commerce-related projects from initiation to closure.

Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Oversee implementation of systems like ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon, etc.).

Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, IT, and digital marketing.

Monitor production milestones and ensure alignment with digital sales and inventory systems.

Manage third-party vendors and coordinate integrations between physical operations and e-commerce tools.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and quality issues.

Ensure regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements are met for both manufacturing and online sales.

Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Prepare post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

4–8 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing and e-commerce operations.

Prior experience working with digital commerce systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS, OMS).

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification strongly preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, Jira).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Effective leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.

Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.

Understanding of data flows between operational systems and front-end platforms.
