Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Central Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service to clients of our global home security account.

What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
Handling complaints and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service provision
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for
At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad | Excellent Communication skills
1 year Customer Service Experience
(not limited to BPO | working directly with customers and providing
high quality service, e.g working at Starbucks, iStore
Willing to work onsite
