Job Description
As the Global Payroll Manager, you will lead and oversee repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations, with a focus on ensuring high-quality delivery. Your responsibilities include:
Process Expertise and Delivery:
Develop an in-depth understanding of global Benefits processes supported by Accenture across various geographies.
Drive activities to meet delivery requirements, including timelines, quality, and cost.
Ensure timely and error-free task completion while addressing challenges proactively.
Operational Excellence:
Champion Operational Excellence within the team and act as a liaison with the OE Focal and Operational Excellence Team.
Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Metrics and Reporting:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of process metrics (e.g., SLA, OLA, KPI) and continuously improve measurement systems for better transparency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Service Management Team to report performance measures to clients.
Risk Management:
Escalate and resolve quality or scope issues impacting delivery.
Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are current and tested periodically. Liaise with the BCM Team and Local IT for testing.
Planning and Documentation:
Develop realistic plans, estimates, and schedules for tasks or project segments.
Ensure progress, issues, and agreements are thoroughly documented and acted upon.
Problem-Solving:
Perform root cause analysis on issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Open to college undergraduates with relevant work experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in global payroll operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in SAP Payroll systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
