Accreditation Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Accreditation Representative to handle accreditation processes with leading real estate developers in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will ensure that our realty meets all requirements, builds strong relationships with developers, and maintains compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of realty accreditation with top real estate developers.
- Coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of required documents for accreditation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the realty and developers during the accreditation process.
- Attend orientation sessions, trainings, or seminars required by developers for accreditation.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with developers and their sales/accreditation teams.
- Monitor accreditation statuses and ensure timely renewal or compliance with developer policies.
- Keep accurate records of all accreditation-related transactions and documentation.

Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in real estate, sales, or administrative work (experience with real estate developers is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of the real estate accreditation process is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- A professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
