Job Description
-Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
-Postgraduate degree in LMDP required.
-5+ years branch operations experience, 2+ years in management.
-Technical marketing skills and industry knowledge.
-Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong communication, decision-making, presentation, training, and networking skills.
-Customer/client complaint handling.
-Persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, adaptable, analytical.
-Works well under pressure.
-Proficient in computer usage.
