DESCRIPTION:
A Medical Provider Support Unit Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support to healthcare providers, ensuring seamless service delivery and patient care. Their duties include managing provider schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records of medical services and documentation. They serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and other departments, addressing queries, resolving issues, and facilitating effective communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Introduces new digital platforms to providers.
• Ensure seamless adoption and integration to workflows.
• Oversee implementation process.
• Provide training and address any challenges to ensure the platform.
• Enhances efficiency and effectiveness in provider operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in any courses.
• Knowledgeable in the ff areas: Project Management, Business knowledge, Customer Service and Healthcare
• Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet)
• With good communication skills
• Male, with own motorcycle

MONTHLY SALARY:
• 21272.68

WORK LOCATION:
• Metro Manila (Preferred candidates should live near the working location)

WORK SCHEDULE:
• Full-time
• Monday to Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
