Sales Supervisor (Skincare / Wellness Beauty Line)

Job Responsibilities:
Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply & demand, and changing trends.
Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
Form sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative.
Compiling monthly sales reports for the management including the new launch product report and other commercial lines.
Identify valuable emerging markets.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and addressing any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in sales.
Proven track record in sales, retail, beauty devices, and skin care industry is an advantage.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Meeting sales goals, negotiation, and sales planning.
Willing to work at Ermita Manila, onsite, Monday to Friday.
