Assistant Manager Sales

- Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Helping to set sales goals and targets, and monitoring the team's performance to ensure these are met or exceeded.
-Training and coaching sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
-Conducting regular sales meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and ongoing projects.
-Collaborating with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
-Managing customer complaints and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Preparing sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends, forecast sales, and assess the effectiveness of sales tactics.
-Overseeing the administration of CRM systems and ensuring the sales team accurately records customer interactions and sales.
-Participating in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new sales team members.
-Assisting with the management of the sales budget and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
-Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to foster business development opportunities.
-Stepping in to directly manage key accounts or lead sales pitches as required.
