Work Set up: No office yet here in PH but plan to have one, so work will be in full remote
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
*Must have 5 years of experience in Overseeing Company incorporation processes
*Proven experience in Managing overall operations of the company and overseeing multiple teams or regions
*Strong project management skills and experience in leading large-scale IT service delivery initiatives.
*Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Job Summary:
The Managing Director role is responsible for overseeing company incorporation process and facilitating consultants with information for company incorporation, operationalization of delivery team ramps up as per the agreed staffing model and managing multiple service desk teams across different clients as well as shared service delivery. This role ensures consistent and efficient delivery of IT support services, adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and alignment with organizational goals. The Managing Director will drive process improvements, coordinate resources and act as the escalation point. He / She will also ensure that Delivery operations are standardized, efficient, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Once company incorporation is completed then overseeing all statutory requirement are duly performed as per the local company law.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee incorporation process and facilitating consultants with information for company incorporation
•Work with resource partners and facilitate timely resources ramp up
•Create and implement offshoring strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize growth opportunities.
•Offer strategic guidance to the senior leadership board and to ensure a clear view of market trends regarding resource availability, compensation and benefits trends
•Manage overall operations and resources, ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance.
•Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
•Resolve complex issues that impact the company's performance and long-term sustainability.
•Monitor legal and regulatory requirements while upholding ethical business practices.
•Act as the company's representative in external engagements, industry events, and networking opportunities.
•Identify and mitigate risks to the company's operations and reputation through proactive planning and risk assessment.
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by enabling offshore resources to deliver quality services and addressing internal and external customer concerns promptly.
•Set performance benchmarks and regularly review and assess the team’s progress toward achieving its goals.
•Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's market position.
•Promote and integrate sustainable practices into the company's operations to minimize environmental impact.
•Facilitate to come up with all HR related policies and socialize amount the team members
