Job Description
WORK SETUP: Onsite
SCHEDULE: Dayshift
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 10 years’ experience in TESTING delivery of CRM projects for Banking
• Experience in large scale testing programs (>1000 test cases at least)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Comply with the ITG Quality Framework established by TCOE
• Ensure Test Process are followed according to the SDLC and TCOE est Process
• Provide guidance on Test Leads, supervise test teams to ensure consistency in implementing Test Process
• Gather and report Test Status and represent the Test Team in meetings within and across the Units
• Identify Risks and mitigation plan
• Prioritizes testing activities to ensure delivery of commitments
• Gather resource requirements for upcoming projects and enhancements of the Unit
• Plan, control and implement testing processes
• Define and monitor execution of test tasks and activities
• Andle schedule, budget and overall test efforts
• Set quality metrics and ensure team meets the set metrics
• Identify skills requirement of the team, identify training needs
