Job Description
oVocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree
oMinimum of 1 year experience.
oKnowledge in inventory analysis using SAP
oHighly organized with great time-management skills
oData Analysis and excel skills.
Job Description:
oPlan and execute regular audits across warehouses and branches to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory levels, transactions, and processes.
oConducts physical inventory counts, reconciling inventory records with physical count, and investigating discrepancies.
oIdentify root causes of inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
oEnsure that all warehouses and branches adhere to the compliance with inventory control standards, procedures, and company policies.
oProvide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and addressing audit findings related to inventory management.
oAssist in the disposal of expired, damaged, or obsolete inventory items, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
