Job Description
Position: Sales Representative
Working location: Visayas and Mindanao
Job type: Full-time, Field Work, 1 to 2x a week in the office,direct hire and permanent
Salary: 18-20K per month + 3% commission for all sales gathered if quota is met with mandatory benefits upon regularization
Working schedule: from Monday to Friday sometimes in Saturdays
Industry: Distributor of Health and Personal Care products to the leading Supermarkets, Department Stores and Convenience stores nationwide.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers.
2. Needs Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for clients to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
3. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients through regular communication.
4. Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and networking.
5. Issue Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer inquiries, problems, and complaints.
6. Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified timeframes.
7. Market Insights: Analyze the market potential and track sales performance.
8. Reporting: Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and product demand.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3 yrs to 5 yrs proven experience in sales, preferably in the trade industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products.
• Willing to Travel. Must be knowledgeable in Visayas and Mindanao areas.
