Job Description
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: BRGY. ZONE 15, TALISAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Associate Reliever to temporarily support our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll assistance, and HR data management. This role is ideal for an individual who can manage a variety of tasks efficiently and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating hiring processes for open positions.
Employee Onboarding: Prepare onboarding materials, assist new employees with orientation, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing, track employee attendance, and assist with any payroll inquiries.
Benefits Administration: Help employees with inquiries regarding benefits, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other company perks.
Training and Development: Assist with organizing employee training sessions and maintaining training records.
HR Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees where necessary.
General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports, handling employee queries, and assisting with HR projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
