Architect / Interior Designer

Job Overview:
A leading company in the field of architecture and interior design is seeking a creative and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team and work on unique and challenging projects. The role includes planning, designing, and overseeing projects in the private, commercial, and public sectors, including the preparation and submission of architectural permit drawings (Garmushka) and signing off on plans as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and plan spaces according to client requirements and project specifications.
Create visual renderings and detailed working drawings.
Prepare and submit permit drawings (Garmushka) to regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Sign off on architectural plans as a licensed international architect, primarily for projects in Israel.
Work closely with private clients, developers, and commercial enterprises.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals in the field.
Prepare presentations and project documentation for client approval.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Licensed architect with international signing authority, preferably with experience working with Israeli regulatory bodies.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop).
- Experience in preparing and submitting permit drawings (Garmushka) for regulatory approval.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients.
- Advantage for candidates with experience in project management and working with municipal authorities.
