Job Description

- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Oversee salary structures, job evaluations, and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
- Design and administer competitive employee benefits packages, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Leverage compensation and benefits data to drive informed decision-making and optimize total rewards effectiveness.

Required Skills:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in the field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive Total Rewards strategic plans.
- Experience with Workday and HR information systems is preferred.
- Background in a multinational environment, particularly in BPO, call center, financial, or service sectors, with a workforce of at least 1,500.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

- This position will be working with American consumer financial services company.
