Job Description

Location: Fieldwork, office presence 1-2x per week

Salary: Php 18K-20K + 3% commission (if quota is met) + benefits upon regularization

Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays

Industry: Health & Personal Care Distribution

Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell products to existing/prospective clients.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and client needs assessments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate leads via cold calling and networking.
• Achieve sales targets and analyze market trends.
• Provide reports on customer needs and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
✔️ 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the trade industry
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
✔️ Willing to travel; familiarity with Visayas & Mindanao
