Sales Trainee

The Sales Trainee role is an entry-level position designed to develop individuals into proficient sales professionals through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship. Qualifications:

Key Roles:
- Sales Training and Development
- Participate in structured training programs to learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management strategies.
Shadow experienced sales team members to understand the end-to-end sales process.
- Customer Engagement
- Assist in identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Gather and analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations as required by the Sales Manager.
- Achieving Targets
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
