Job Description
. Daily Managing and Monitoring Team KPIs
o Inbound and Putaway metrics Outbound metrics
o Overall team performance
. Oversee the receiving and organizing of products in the warehouse (stacking and racking) of inbounded merchandise.
. Oversee picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely and accurate manner.
. Lead inspecting customer returns and exchanges to be put back in inventory.
· Resolve issues involving inventory discrepancies and order problems
Monitor OMS and WMS for irregularities and work with the vendor(s) to
achieve resolution(specifically backend root cause identification of order
failure(s), not front-end customer transactions)
. Performing other duties and ad hoc projects assigned by leadership.
