Inventory Assistant (Onsite-Pampanga)

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
1. Monitor stock levels across different product lines to identify reorder points and potential shortages.
2. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
3. Update inventory management system with accurate stock data, including receiving and issuing transactions.
4. Identify and address issues related to slow-moving or obsolete inventory.

DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
1. Generate reports on inventory levels, requisition status, and vendor performance.
2. Analyze purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
3. Assist in preparing budget forecasts related to inventory and purchasing.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
1. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, receiving documents, and other related paperwork within the department.
2. File purchase orders and related paperwork in a systematic manner.
3. Update internal inventory databases with item information and pricing details.
4. Prepare reports on inventory activity, including cost analysis, supply and demand, and consumption.
5. Facilitates payment requests for purchasing-related transactions to the Finance Department.
6. Stay informed about market trends and industry pricing to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
7. Assist in the review and testing of materials being purchased in close collaboration with end-users to ensure the quality of goods being purchased.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely procurement of necessary goods and services.
9. Other duties as assigned.
