Answer questions on diverse topics and/or of subject matter expertise
Evaluate responses to questions according to client specifications
Qualifications:
-Master's degree in healthcare/med related fields
-NATIVE US ENGLISH language PROFICIENCY
-With creative or technical writing experience
-With experience in answering free-form questions on the subject matter expertise
-Ability to easily comprehend questions and provide accurate, cohesive explanations/answers
-Up-to-date knowledge on US culture and news is an advantage
