Job Description
Position: Junior Sale Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Tanauan Batangas
Work Schedule: Regular
Salary: Php 25,000-30,000
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in any field relevant to business or engineering.
Know to handle supervise and manage people.
Demonstrated sales expertise and a history of regularly hitting or surpassing goals.
Thorough understanding of Robocylinders, Karakuri systems, and aluminum profiles.
Strong background in factory automation or a similar field.
Competence with sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
With drivers license is advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and guide the sales team to continuously meet and beyond financial goals.
Create, put into practice, and improve sales tactics that propel company expansion and market share.
Develop and maintain enduring connections with both current and potential customers.
Exhibit thorough understanding of our aluminum profile products and actively market them.
Continually track, evaluate, and report on sales success to make sure it aligns with corporate goals.
To increase the clientele, find, investigate, and seize new business prospects.
Keep thorough records of all client interactions, sales activity, and follow-up measures.
