Job Description
– Salary Range: 25k to 30k
· Responsible for managing and growing relationship with key clients to drive business success. This role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. The Key Account Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts (specifically MODERN TRADE accounts), focusing on delivering value and achieving company goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth for the exclusive brands under MRI.
· Monitor sales performance and analyze account data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
· Collaborate with operations & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports and account updates to sales manager.
· Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
· Innovate and create new strategies to boost sales for the brands MRI distributes.
