Job Description

- Review specifications: Ensure that materials meet specifications and regulations.
- Inspect materials: Examine raw materials and finished for defects .
- Conduct tests: Perform visual and measurement tests to confirm product quality.
- Approve products: Confirm that the materials meet specifications and approve them for use.
- Initiate corrective action: If the materials don't meet standards, identify and fix the issues.
- Document results: Create reports and logs to record inspection results.
- Analyze data: Analyze quality assurance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend improvements: Make recommendations for improving processes and materials.
- Review plans: Review and approve quality control plans and inspection test plans .
- Ensure compliance: Ensure that processes and products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
