Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Accountant who will help to build a strong foundation for our accounting team so that it can scale along with our growing company. This is a crucial role that will collaborate with internal departments as well as external business partners to ensure all money owed to the company is received correctly and in a timely manner and assist in resolving any customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform Month End Tasks – such as reconciliations, late fee calculations
Actively engage with account managers and customers to collect aged receivables
Bank Deposits reconciliation
Credit card reconciliations
Perform journal entries.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Accountant
NetSuite experience preferred.
Excel experience required.
Solid understanding of AR, AP and general accounting principals
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize and prioritize with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable self-starter with the ability to work independently with strong work ethic.
Able to work in US hours shift

Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
