Accounts Payable/Receivable Accountant - Night Shift

Things to know before applying:

you must have your own work equipment
you are able to work remotely
you can work full-time for this role
willing to work on a Night Shift schedule
experience working with clients/companies outside PH is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform Month End Tasks – such as reconciliations, late fee calculations
Actively engage with account managers and customers to collect aged receivables
Bank Deposits reconciliation
Credit card reconciliations
Perform journal entries.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

NetSuite experience preferred.
Excel experience required.
Solid understanding of AR, AP and general accounting principals
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize and prioritize with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable self-starter with the ability to work independently with strong work ethic.
