Position: Customer Service Representative

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
- With at least 2-3 years Call Center experience
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
- Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
- Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide outstanding customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking.
- To comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future.
- To do initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across
many commercial banking product categories
- Work together with stakeholders to address a client issue.
- Other task as assigned
