Job Description

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
• At least three (3) to five (5) years’ work experience as Marketing Officer or similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Define the vision and strategy for the product assortment on the online platform.
• Work closely with supplier, design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver new
product features or offerings.
• Develop product roadmaps and timelines, aligning business goals with product
outcomes.
• Research consumer trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.
• Use data insights to determine which products should be added or removed from the
catalog.
• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and product performance metrics.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the design and layout of product pages, ensuring they are visually appealing,
informative, and optimized for conversions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the customer journey on the site.
• Launch new products and monitor their performance post-launch.
• Set pricing strategies based on market conditions, competition, and margins.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track product success.
• Iterate on products and features based on performance data.
• Use A/B testing and customer feedback to improve product presentation and
performance.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely
delivery.
• Work with inventory management to ensure stock levels align with demand.
• Conduct effective marketing promotions.
• Continuously test and optimize product pages, descriptions, and images to drive higher
conversion rates.
Salary:
50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
