Job Description
Southwestern University Medical Center is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Head who can be a great partner on the overall promotion, branding and growth direction of the hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
> One of the leads in the formulation of the annual brand strategy.
> Coordinates and works with the advertising agency for brand collateral development.
> Formulates marketing strategy, messaging, and subsequent campaigns aligned with brand and growth directions.
> Collaborates with the team in the formulation of the annual marketing strategy and plan.
> Determines marketing channel mix to drive interest
> Manages execution of online & offline marketing campaigns, including national events, PR and content creation.
> Facilitates hospital rebranding process & new hospital brand launches.
> Manages partnerships for marketing activities (i.e. national media & PR partners, research partners)
> Manages research process for marketing activities
> Develops systems for marketing, branding, and creative processes, including research, training and hospital templates
> Leads the data analyses in terms of determining what marketing programs worked and did not work.
> Collates and analyzes data for presentation in the evaluation and design process.
> Manages the budget for marketing programs and activities.
