Job Description:
You will work with Finance Operations service offerings as a Finance Process Transformation Manager to assist organizations in streamlining their financial operations, increasing operational effectiveness, and promoting strategic decision-making. Offerings include, but are not limited to, location assessment, SSC health check, and the design and implementation of the Shared Services (SSC)/Global Business Services (GBS) operating model and Finance Process Transformation.

Among the primary duties are:
In charge of the financial workstream during a significant company change
delivering the To-Be process design and the As-Is process assessment, along with suggestions for enhancement
Taking the lead in designing and implementing the operating strategy for financial shared services
Analyzing the business case for a program involving operations transformation, outsourcing advice, shared services, or process improvement
Participating in client orals, commercials, and other business development activities, as well as directing the client RFP response and solution development, while fostering and preserving connections with clients and networks
Delivering solutions to clients by utilizing S&C and CFO&EV methodologies, frameworks, and resources
assisting in the advancement of S&C and CFO&EV practices, capabilities, and solutions

Your expertise and abilities are valuable!
Strong knowledge in all aspects of finance, particularly order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report
Strong background in target operating model design, financial transformation, finance process improvement initiatives, and the establishment or deployment of shared service centers for accounting and finance
Rudimentary knowledge or proficiency with several of the most popular financial systems, like SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, etc.
Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Ideally, a CPA, MBA, or comparable title
