Job Description

Finds and buys goods and services for an organization. They also manage inventory and ensure that products are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
Research suppliers: Find suppliers that can provide the goods and services the organization needs
Evaluate suppliers: Compare offers from different suppliers and assess their quality, reliability, and technical support
Negotiate contracts: Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and contract terms
Place orders: Order products and services from suppliers
Track orders: Monitor the status of orders and ensure they are delivered on time
Manage inventory: Keep track of stock levels and ensure there are enough goods to meet demand
Prepare reports: Create reports on orders, costs, and other metrics
Maintain relationships: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
Skills Strong analytical skills, Proficiency with procurement software, Knowledge of market research, and Ability to work within budgets.
