Job Description
Specific Responsibilities
1. Formulate mid-term plan and annual budget
2.Consolidate and analyze financial and operational results and work with other
departments to achieve common goals and objectives
3.Create and manage financial modeling and reporting tools for various functional areas
4.Build, maintain and distribute dashboards to assist with tracking and reporting of key
performance indicators
5.Initiate digital finance transformation and perform a key role in ERP implementation
6.Develop business intelligence tools and financial models that would help senior
management make decisions on a more timely basis
7.Design and implement effective financial processes, systems and controls to support
operations and safeguard the assets of the company
8.Oversee activities and deliverables of the FP&A Analyst
9.Assist in handling special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Business Administration, Finance Accounting or its equivalent
2. At least 10 years of relevant analytical experience
3. CPA or CFA is a plus
Competencies:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
3. High Level of commercial acumen
4. Experience in ERP implementation
5. Knowledge in BI Tools
6. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
7. Advance Excel skills
