Job Description
Schedule: Supposed US account, more on or possibly nightshift
Set up: Full remote set up
Qualification/Experience:
• MBA in HR or equivalent master’s degree in human resources management.
• Relevant Experience: 10 - 15 Years of hands-on HR experience managing workforce size of not less than 300.
• Experience working in a start-up, building teams / function from ground zero.
Key Skills:
• Strong Analytical skill on core HR disciplines (Compensation, Benefits - Benchmarking, Employment) Data Analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with conflict resolutions and addressing highly sensitive issues /situations.
• Strong understanding and application of local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong Hands-on experience in using MS office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) and modern apps, HRMS, HRIS (ADP, Oracle Fusion, People Soft or Zoho) one of the HRMS hands on experience is a must.
