Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat messages while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality assurance guidelines.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system for future reference.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Open to undergraduates with relevant work experience (college degree not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a customer-centric environment.
No prior BPO experience required, but a positive attitude and eagerness to succeed are a must.
