Job Description

Your Main Responsibilities:
Core Banking System Implementation: Lead the integration and optimization of core banking solutions for clients across various markets.
Report Design & Development: Design and deliver customized reporting solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements.
Interface Development: Build and maintain robust interfaces between core banking systems and banking applications.
Client Support: Provide technical and operational support, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Coach and guide a team of technical professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.
Must-Have Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
7-9 years of experience in IT system development, parameterization, or support.
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and programming (Oracle and PL/SQL preferred).
Proven ability to work independently, maintain an organized approach, and deliver results efficiently.
Resilience under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and navigating high-stress environments.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with strong presentation abilities.
Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration.
