Job Description

TASQ is looking for two team leads to work in Taguig. Please keep your line open as the screening interview is done over the phone.

Focus Area/Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a team of 10-15 resources
Client management
SLA/KPI management
People engagement
Drive process improvement

Key Requirements:
Graduate of Finance or Accounting or any related course
Minimum of 3-5 years solid experience in Accounts Payable from a BPO or shared services environment
With 3+ years of experience in leading a team of 10 or more resources
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
Extremely knowledgeable in T&E Policies and Procedures
Have led business transformation projects
Excellent presentation skills
Strong domain knowledge and expertise in SLAs/KPIs Handling Strong Stakeholders Management Skills
Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig
