Job Description

Legal Advisory and Compliance:
- Provide accurate, timely, and strategic legal advice to the management and various departments.
- Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Contract Management:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various types of contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure that contracts are in the best interest of the organization and mitigate potential risks.

Litigation Management:
- Handle and oversee litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
- Develop strategies to resolve disputes in the most cost-effective manner.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Advise on risk management issues and develop proactive solutions to protect the organization.

Corporate Governance:
- Ensure the organization adheres to corporate governance standards and practices.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including drafting resolutions and maintaining
records.

Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the legal team, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of legal
services.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Liaison and Coordination:
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized legal files and records.
- Ensure timely and effective documentation and archiving of legal documents.

Other Duties:
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry standards.
- Perform other legal-related duties as assigned by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) is required.
- Master’s degree in law (LLM) or relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a legal role, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in corporate law, contract management, and litigation is essential.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

SALARY RANGE: PHP. 50,000.00 - 90,000.00
Salary:
