Job Description

Client Profile: This company is a well-known Japanese company that produces appliances with high quality worldwide. The company launched its first product in 1951, and as of right now, they are focused on sales and distribution.

Position: Admin Specialist - Sales Planning (Dayshift, Weekends Off)
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary Offer: Php19,000-Php25,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With 1-2 years experience in warranty claim processing in manufacturing or service industry
✨Willing to Work in Quezon City
✨Amenable to attend interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Client service requests should be received, recorded, and prioritized. Prompt assignment to the proper service teams should be ensured, and progress should be tracked to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
✨Act as the primary point of contact for client questions, responding politely and promptly, updating clients on the progress of their service requests, and proactively resolving any issues.
✨Create documentation and reports for analysis and compliance needs.
✨Determine what needs to be improved and help to improve the process.
✨Other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior
